Working Visit in The Hague: Focus on Responsible Employment and Labour Migration
Monday 30 March 2026
Serdal Yilmaz, Director of Uitzendbureau Flexibel B.V., was invited to attend a working visit at The Hague City Hall, where labour migration was the central topic. The visit was also attended by Tijs van den Brink.
At the request of the Municipality of The Hague, Uitzendbureau Flexibel B.V. presented its approach to responsible and reliable employment within the staffing industry. This invitation was seen as both an honor and a recognition of the trust placed in the organization.
During the visit, practical experiences were shared, highlighting how the organization works with labour migrants on a daily basis and continuously improves its approach.
Flexibel believes that good employment goes beyond simply offering jobs. It means investing in people and their future, providing guidance, showing respect and appreciation, and supporting personal and professional development.
As an organization, Flexibel operates close to daily practice — actively present on the work floor, listening to employees, and continuously improving.
Flexibel is recognized as a fair and reliable partner — not only by clients, but especially by its employees. This remains the most important benchmark.
The organization invests daily in:
- Communication in employees’ native languages
- Guidance and support from day one
- Language development and integration
- Accessible contact moments
- A safe and respectful working environment
- IT solutions that enhance transparency and quality
- Adapting to changing laws and regulations
Positive developments within the sector are also acknowledged. Efforts by governments, municipalities, and organizations such as the ABU contribute to improved working conditions and higher standards.
With the introduction of the WTTA, Flexibel looks to the future with confidence. The sector is expected to further professionalize, with responsible employment becoming the standard.
For more than 25 years, Flexibel has built sustainable relationships based on trust, integrity, and respect. The invitation to participate in this working visit is seen as a meaningful recognition.
