The year 2026 has only just begun, and the first payroll has already been successfully completed.
This moment confirms that the preparations we made over the past months have proven their value.
At Uitzendbureau Flexibel, we believe that transparency and clarity form the foundation for sustainable cooperation with both employees and clients.
Employees whom we help find work must know exactly where they stand. Especially as of 1 January 2026, when the regulations regarding equal pay come into force, clear agreements about rights and obligations are more important than ever. That is why we have consciously invested in clear and timely communication.
Our colleagues were trained in good time so that they could properly inform both existing and new employees in advance about what the new regulations mean for them. We did this not only in writing and digitally, but also, where necessary, in the employee’s own language. In addition, we organized information days and explanatory sessions for employees who needed extra clarification. During these sessions, there was ample opportunity to ask questions and to jointly discuss topics such as employment conditions, collective labour agreement (CAO) rights, salary, leave, pension and types of contracts.
This approach has resulted in noticeable calm and confidence within the organization and among employees. Employees know what they are entitled to and what is expected of them. The changes are no longer unclear or stressful topics, but concrete, understandable and well embedded in daily practice. New employees who join us also start with a clear and complete understanding of their employment conditions.
This sense of calm and clarity is not only experienced internally, but also by our clients. Well-informed employees provide stability, trust and a professional cooperation with minimal turnover. It confirms that investing in preparation pays off. With the approach we have implemented over the past months, we see that transparency, structure, honesty, quality and continuity truly contribute to trust and peace of mind. The new regulations have not only been implemented correctly, but have also been successfully translated into daily practice. We are proud of that.
