A year full of movement, change and growth. And we continue to pedal against the wind…
2025 was an intensive yet highly valuable year for Flexibel. Once again, there was strong demand for our quality, service, expertise, reliability and, of course, our flexibility. I am proud of that.
The biggest change was the introduction of the new ABU collective labour agreement and the implementation of equal employment conditions for agency workers from day one, effective 1 January 2026. This required thorough preparation and brought significant operational and organisational challenges. Major adjustments were necessary in both our back office and recruitment processes. Thanks to clear procedures, smart automation and the dedication of our team, we are now ready for this new reality.
With multiple collective labour agreements and company regulations that we must apply, we have further professionalised our payroll and HR policies. This requires knowledge, structure, technology and, above all, committed people. At times it was tough, but we achieved it together.
We listened, learned, read, gathered information and took the right measures. The result: we are ready for the future.
At the same time, new opportunities are emerging. More and more companies are looking for a partner who can fully unburden them from A to Z. Employment conditions play a crucial role in this. Thanks to our knowledge, experience and smart IT solutions, we can support our clients even better, allowing them to focus on what they do best.
Personally, I look back on a remarkable year. After more than 25 years in this industry, including 15 years as director and shareholder, I have never experienced so many changes at once. Nevertheless, I look to the future with confidence.
Over the past period, I have seen how my team took responsibility, anticipated change, collaborated and grew. This makes me, as an entrepreneur and director, proud and grateful to my team. Proud of their perseverance, commitment and willingness to make a difference every single day. Thanks to them, we are where we are today.
In 2026, we will continue to fully support our employees and clients, just as they are accustomed to. We will keep pedalling against the wind. We will continue to build. We will continue to invest in people and education. We will continue to invest in IT and technology. We will continue to grow.
Because one thing is certain: Uitzendbureau Flexibel B.V. is the employment agency of today.
