Coordination: The Bridge Between Office and Work Floor

Coordination: The Bridge Between Office and Work Floor

🔹 From Office to Practice

Coordination is often seen as a function behind a desk. For me, it is a role that starts there, but truly comes to life on the work floor. It is a process that runs from planning and organizing at the office to guiding, observing, and adjusting in practice. Only when everything runs smoothly on the work floor do I know the job has been done well.

My career began on the work floor as a supervisory employee. It was there that I learned how important clarity, attention, and trust are for employees. Because of my capabilities, I was given the opportunity to grow into a planner role and later into a senior coordinator position. I carry that experience with me every day in my work.

Having worked on the work floor for many years, I understand what a client expects, but also what employees need and how processes truly function in reality. I know where the pressure lies, where flexibility is required, and which skills make the difference in practice. This hands-on experience allows me to assess candidates not only on paper, but especially on their practical suitability. In this way, I create the right match, with attention to both the position and the person behind it.

🔹 The Right Match Starts with a Strong Foundation

Every day begins with analyzing the staffing needs of our clients. What is the demand? Are there peak periods? No production process is the same. Pace, roles, culture, and expectations differ per client. Placing the right person in the right position does not simply mean filling a schedule; it means ensuring stability, continuity, and job satisfaction.

Administrative processes at the office form the foundation. Contracts, personnel files, client regulations, and legal obligations must be complete and accurate. A small mistake at the office can have major consequences on the work floor. The stronger this foundation, the calmer and more efficient the process runs for everyone involved.

🔹 Present Where the Difference Is Made

My work does not stop at planning or arranging contracts. I make sure employees start well prepared. In addition to a clear explanation of the role, at Flexibel we pay close attention to a careful onboarding process. New employees are properly informed in advance and guided on the work floor. This ensures that employees receive the attention they need and that both the client and the employee are satisfied, contributing to minimal turnover.

Being present on the work floor is essential to me. I want to see how my work and approach unfold in practice, how employees adapt, and where support is needed. In those moments, I am not above the process, but right in the middle of it. This builds trust among employees and gives clients the confidence that Flexibel is truly involved. I genuinely see myself as the bridge between both parties, and I am proud of that.

Of course, not everything always goes according to plan. Production environments and peak periods are dynamic and require flexibility. Especially in unexpected moments, it is important to remain calm, act quickly, and find solutions that work for everyone. No day is the same, and that dynamic is exactly what makes my work so rewarding.

🔹 More Than Work: Impact and Responsibility

I am aware that we carry responsibility. We help people not only find work, but also build perspective and a future. This requires personal attention, quality, reliability, and flexibility. That is why at Flexibel we continuously invest in optimization, efficiency, IT, technology, and training. Every day, we ask ourselves how we can improve our work even further — honestly and transparently.

What gives me the greatest satisfaction is helping people. Together with a large team, we put the puzzle pieces in the right place every day so that all processes run smoothly and everyone can work with confidence.

For me, coordination is not a purely operational function, but a role that touches the heart of the production process. A trajectory that starts at the office and ends with results on the work floor — and continues until everything aligns.

Every single day, I see that true coordination is not about planning on paper, but about being present, listening, and ensuring together that everything works as it should.
